"Remembering Curacao 4 V2" is based on a smaller Curacao painting called "Remembering Curacao 4 V1". He wanted to expand the imagery to a size that encompasses the viewers' site line. Being that this image is on 2 canvases, it is easier to move and ship, but when hung together the entire composition is 5 feet tall and 8 feet wide.
