Fall Equinox & Janie's Birthday is part of the Solstice and Equinox series. This series is inspired by - and worked on - around the official season changes. Spring and Autumn Equinox, Summer and Winter Solstice. He uses a limited and nearly repeated color palette and design much like Robert Motherwell's series "Elegy to the Spanish Republic".
